| Occasionally when FileBack PC is running a backup, it locks up or reboots the computer |
A few users have reported that they may occasionally experience this
problem. Because of the intense disk activity that can take place during a
FileBack PC backup, any problems that may exist with the hardware and/or drivers
in your PC may be exposed. We suggest looking at possible hardware
resource conflicts, failing hardware, driver conflicts, corrupted drivers, etc.
for resolutions to this problem. There are no known issues with FileBack
PC which would cause this behavior.
