First verify that the destination media has enough space for the backup. If backing-up to a network drive, check to see if Windows can see the contents of the drive. Other possible causes of this message include files locked by other applications. If you are unable to locate the cause of your problem easily, try copying a file from the same source to the same destination to see what error message Windows generates.
